Hey kids, did you know there's a way to measure how worried investors are about the stock market? It's called the VIX, and it's like a fear gauge!

The VIX shows how much the stock market might go up or down. A high VIX means people are scared, and a low VIX means they're feeling pretty good. Right now, the VIX is pretty low, which is good news.

There are special investments that let people bet on how the VIX will change. One is called VXX. Recently, VXX went down a bit because the VIX is low.
